CHOOSE YOUR CAMP PATHWAY
The best camp experience is the one that provides the right challenge, coaching environment, and level of independence for each athlete.

WHY CAMPS MATTER
CHALLENGING TERRAIN
Longer slopes, varied conditions, and focused training help athletes develop skills that transfer to bigger mountains and more demanding race environments.
COACHING THAT CONTINUES
Athletes train with coaches who understand their skiing, goals, and long-term development. Each camp builds upon the work being done throughout the season.
CONFIDENCE BEYOND RACING
Travel and shared team experiences build independence, resilience, friendships, and memories that reach well beyond the finish line.
ASCENT CAMP EXPERIENCES
FOR CURRENT ASCENT ATHLETES
Ascent camps provide additional development in the same supportive coaching environment athletes experience throughout their Ascent season. Opportunities generally include a Holiday Camp and may include an additional mid- or late-season camp.
PINNACLE CAMP EXPERIENCES
FOR CURRENT PINNACLE ATHLETES
Pinnacle camps provide expanded terrain, higher-volume training, and experiences connected to each athlete’s Pinnacle age-group pathway. Opportunities may include Fundamentals Camp, Thanksgiving Camp, Mt. Hood, Chile, and recurring Searchmont training camps.
CAMP EXPERIENCES FOLLOW THE ATHLETE’S PROGRAM PATHWAY
Ascent camps are designed for athletes currently enrolled in Ascent. Pinnacle camps are designed for athletes currently enrolled in a Pinnacle seasonal program.
When an Ascent athlete is ready for the next level of training, coaches will help the family determine the appropriate Pinnacle age group. Once the athlete transitions into that Pinnacle program, the corresponding Pinnacle camp opportunities become part of their available pathway.
Athletes do not need to attend a Pinnacle camp to demonstrate readiness or prepare for placement. Readiness is determined through the athlete’s skiing, independence, age, motivation, and coach observation.
